IT Auditor

Conduct audits on controls, processes and IT processes utilizing a risk-based approach which you help create for each review. Develop and audits programs using a risk-based approach for specific assignments. Supports assessments design of internal control systems and processes including meeting with management to make the recommendation

IT Project Manager

Plans, executes, manages and completes medium to large IT projects that address the operational needs of two or more departments. Develops and oversees resources and ensures appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement for life of project. Translates customer business objectives into tactical plans and strategy and ensures approval through appropriate information systems governance structure. Assembles and manages one or more cross-functional project teams, maintains budget and quality standards and manages deliverables. Ensures documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time and communicates project status to end-users.

Business Analyst

Responsible for conducting analysis of global inventory (raw, intermediates and finished) and make recommendations to leadership for improved inventory utilization. Conduct analysis of cost, materials, and product pricing to make recommendations to improve alignment between manufacturing cost modeling and sales pricing. Produce various inventory, cost and price analysis reports for use by multiple business units’ leadership. Develop and execute new processes to improve master data integrity and reporting efficiency. Provide Operations Services Customer Service through the production and analysis of adhoc reports for internal and external customers.

Implementation Lead (CareAdvance)

Design Phase: Developed workflows, re-designed processes, wrote specifications.
Build Phase: Created clinical content including forms, letters, campaigns, queues, care plan guidelines.
Test Phase: Built test scenarios, created testing methodology, conducted functional testing, facilitated end user acceptance testing. Submitted defect reports to vendor and assisted in root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Training Phase: Participated in training material development. Conducted end-user and train-the-trainer sessions for 450+ end users on 3 continents.

Health Information Management

Excellent communication skills. Well versed in HIPAA compliance and compliance with state and federal regulations as they apply to medical records. Assists in development and ongoing monitoring of information systems in the organization. Advanced user of Microsoft application software, HIM software applications, ICD-9 Coding. Ability to research and analyze systems and processes toward development and maintenance of a computerized medical record. Knowledge of data access and reporting techniques.

Quality Assurance Analyst/Software Tester

Responsible for assimilating the culture, values and processes of software by following the direction of a QA Team Leader, or QA Manager. Responsible for One Base modules assigned to your team, the release process and how to effectively utilize internal applications to complete the project. An understanding of the usage of Structured Query Language (SQL) Basic database knowledge. Software testing experience Test plan creation, execution and maintenance. Programming experience. Above average understanding of operating systems.
